Your blood circulation can greatly improve when you drink warm water than cold water. The warm water opens up the blood vessels, making them bigger, allowing the easy movement of blood through your body.

Constipation is a common pregnancy occurrence in most women. But you can prevent this by drinking warm water in the morning while your stomach is still empty. This improves your bowel movement, ensuring that you don't get constipated as you go through your day.

The hormonal changes and the fact that you're carrying another human in your belly leaves you feeling a little tired most of the time. Fortunately, warm water can help drive away fatigue. - The water should not be so hot that it burns your mouth. Lukewarm water will do the job just fine.
- Drink at least eight glasses of water per day to keep dehydration away
- Avoid tap water because it may contain lead and high mineral content that can cause damage to your baby.
- Always carry a water bottle with you everywhere you go.
- You may also need water from other sources like soup, fruit juice, and vegetables.
During pregnancy, dehydration can cause you a number of problems such as nausea, dizziness cramps and oedema. To avoid these, stay hydrated and don't wait until you're thirsty to drink water. Again, don't drink boiled water without letting it cool and become lukewarm.
