The coronavirus pandemic is taking a toll on the people's livelihood in Nigeria, impacting businesses negatively. To ease the burdens on people, Nigerian actress Toyin Abraham is donating food to Nigerians across the country. The actress has sponsored a giveaway during COVID-19 lockdown.
The AMVCA winner has also educated her fans on social media about the coronavirus; while sending food items and hand sanitizers to the needy. She sent relief materials to people at Ibadan, Ilorin, Abeokuta, and other states.

“Hi guys, looking for genuine and honest people who can help me out with this. I will send you money but your account has to be functioning and these will be monitored every step of the way. Please comment below,” She wrote on her IG Page.

Some other Nigerian celebrities are also doing what they can to help the common man in this difficult period of coronavirus isolation. These celebrities have sent cash to fans so that they can have money to stock up their homes with foodstuff; so as to survive the national lockdown due to coronavirus.
Music star, Peruzzi is one of the leading acts giving in this period of coronavirus pandemic. The ‘Majesty’ crooner has been giving out N10,000 each to Nigerians in the name of lunch. Many have received alerts and the artist is still sharing.
