Ali Nuhu is more than a Nollywood heartthrob. The actor was born in 1974 in Borno State. He began his acting career in 1999 after graduating with a degree in geography from the University of Jos. Ali Nuhu made his film debut in Kannywood, Northern Nigeria’s massive Hausa language film industry; but he has been able to successfully cross over to Nollywood’s English-speaking movies. He is unarguably the biggest actor from Northern Nigeria. Also, he has won numerous acting awards to date.
