How can I stick to the timetable strictly?
Keeping yourself and the family well-fed is not an easy task and even a timetable like the above can only do so much because people tend to lose enthusiasm after a day or two. Often it is because of the difficulty in having to prepare each of these meals from scratch every other day. The trick is to master this timetable and then use the weekend to stock up on food items that can be stored. For example, you can grind your tomatoes in bulk and then freeze them so that you don't have to do it every time you need pureed tomatoes. You can also dry and grind beans into a flour-like powder that can be used to prepare Akara for breakfast.
The same logic can be applied to soups that are a bit complicated. Utilize the weekend by looking at the timetable and preparing your soups so that when the time comes you only have to bring it out of the freezer. Even for those meals, you have to prepare in real-time, you won't need to do so much to produce a meal. Saves you so much time and energy.
