What causes varicose veins?
The heart is responsible for pumping blood throughout the body. As the heart beats and pumps, there are valves whose job it is to direct the flow of blood so that it doesn't move in the wrong direction. - Cayenne pepper

To use cayenne pepper, add one spoon of the powder to a cup of hot water and stir well. Drink thrice a day for two months.
- Olive oil
Poor blood circulation is one of the main reasons why varicose veins occur. You can relieve varicose veins if you can get blood circulation to improve, which is where olive oil comes in. Olive oil can relieve varicose veins if you use it to massage your skin. To make olive oil more effective, mix in an equal amount of vitamin E oil and warm slightly. Then use it to massage the veins twice a day for two months.
Cloves of Garlic are famous for many things, including relieving varicose veins by improving blood circulation. Garlic is excellent in breaking harmful toxins in the blood vessel, thereby increasing the circulation of blood. First, slice up six garlic cloves and put them in a clean glass jar. Then add the juice of three oranges in the jar, two tablespoons of olive oil, and let it stay for twelve hours. Then cover it and let it cool before straining. Add one drop each of rose and marigold essential oils and refrigerate for several minutes, before using cotton to apply on the affected area. Do this daily for several months.

Apple cider vinegar improves the circulation of blood, which means it is useful in the treatment of varicose veins. Simply apply pure apple cider vinegar to the affected area and massage. Do this daily, before going to bed and in the morning. You'll need to do it for some months to see results.
